Abstract

 Based on the statistics of the geological and tectonic background resources of China's major oil and gas basins, the regional, age, depth distribution characteristics of oil and gas resources and the degree of exploration, this paper discusses the exploration strategy, policy and principles of my country's oil and gas, and points out the prospective areas for future oil and gas exploration.
