China National Petroleum Corporation oil and gas exploration technology seminar held in Beijing

Abstract

 In order to implement the strategic idea of ​​putting exploration first in all work proposed by the new Party Committee of China National Petroleum Corporation at the 1997 annual work conference, the oil and gas exploration technology symposium of the company was held at the Science and Technology Exchange Center of Beijing Petroleum Exploration and Development Research Institute 3 days after the end of the company's work conference (January 26). The symposium was divided into three stages. The first stage focused on studying and discussing the exploration potential and deployment of the Bohai Bay Basin; the second stage focused on studying the exploration potential and deployment of Daqing, Jilin and Jiangsu, and Jianghan Oilfields in the Songliao Basin; the third stage focused on discussing the development strategy of oil and gas exploration in the west. The meeting will last until mid-March. The leaders of the company spent so much time on the meeting.
