Abstract

China New Star Petroleum Company, the third national oil company in my country, was established in Beijing on January 24, 1997. China New Star Petroleum Company is a state-owned oil company established with state investment and approved by the State Council on December 7, 1996. It is mainly engaged in the exploration, development and production of domestic and foreign oil and gas resources. Under the premise of unified allocation of national resources, it engages in domestic sales of oil and gas; in the foreign cooperation areas or blocks approved by the state, it cooperates with foreign enterprises in the exploration, development and production of oil and gas.
